“Peer, Employee, or System? A Community of Practice for Peer Supervisors” with Tanya Kraege
September 17, 2026 | 1:30PM – 3:00PM | Virtual – Zoom
This interactive Community of Practice brings peer support supervisors together to explore the real-world challenges of supervising peer professionals. Using the question “Is this a peer issue, an employee issue, or a systems issue?” as a guiding framework, participants will examine topics such as role drift and scope creep, burnout and grief, supporting staff through challenges in their own wellness or recovery, and balancing accountability with peer values. Through shared scenarios, reflection, and peer consultation, supervisors will strengthen their ability to identify where challenges truly live, and where the intervention belongs.
